Question: please tell me what this rash is on my inner thighs and also on my leg where i have lympdema. the one on the leg has what looks like raised white bubbles. the one on my inner thighs its VERY red and dark in some places and has open sores in varios places. please advise.

I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and I think it is herpes simple virus outbreak.
It is a viral infection and the vesicles are formed and seen in your photos and then break and form pustules.
You can use antivirals orally such acyclovir or valacyclovir to help them stop spreading.
Also you can use antiviral ointments or calamine lotion over them to help stop the infection.
