Answered by Dr. Olgeta Xhufka (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Bactrim may be a good choice.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The first line treatment for uti is bactrim ( trimetoprim and sulfamethoxaxol).
Take two tablets of 960 mg every 12 hours first day and take 960 mg tablet once every 24 hours for next 4 days.
You can use lots of cranberry juice and vitamin C supplements.
Drink lots of fluids and water to flush the bacteria out.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
