                                    Brief Answer:
Azithromycin should be avoided, USG can be done without any side effect
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for asking on this platform
I have gone through the query in detail and to me it appears to be good outcome of the surgery.
Weight gain is very good and that is one of the best indicator of successful surgery.
Mild regurgitation, passing frequent urine or intermittent green colored stool, all these are common and there is nothing to worry about.
I would suggest you to continue rantac, domstal, vitazyme as advised.
Azithromycin should not be given below 6 months of age and I don't find any reason to start antibiotic in such condition.
You are right as erythromycin, azithromycin all these are found to be associated with increased risk of pyloric stenosis.
USG is considered safe for all age group as it is non invasive and there is no radiation hazard.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
