I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be lichen simplex chronicus which is a chronic type of eczema.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet hydroxyzine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching for 2 weeks.
This will help your problem.
Steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
