Question : right center abdominal pain, woke up with pain.any tight clothing is uncomfortable
I do not have an appendix.
Brief Answer:
It could be constipation among other things
Detailed Answer:
Hi Anadelanoy,
Sudden pain immediately to the right of your belly button with tight clothes exacerbating it can be several things, e.g. constipation. To get closer to a diagnosis I need to know more:
1. Do you feel bloated?
2. Any nausea or vomiting?
3. Fever?
4. Do you have normal stools in terms of color and consistency?
5. Have you tried anything similar before?
6. Prior CT scans, colonoscopies, blood tests?
7. Any known medical condition?
8. How old are you?
Looking forward to your reply.

I donot have nausea ,vomitting,or fever. I have had constipation. i had an endoscopy to correct a small vowel obstruction;last nov. I am also experincing right lower back pain. both i had through the nght. I am 61 yrs old
Brief Answer:
It could also be pyelonehpritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi again and thank you for elaborating on your history.
From what you describe, it can also be an scending urinary tract infection that is affecting you kidney. But this will usually be associated with some degree of fever and malaise. Alternatively, a bladder infection or diverticulitis may be the culprit. I suggest you have a urinalysis and blood tests for c-reactive protein measurements. Both conditions are generally harmless, but cause discomfort.
Hope this helps.
