Hi,

Noted the history: conglomeration of periportal adenopathy measuring 4.4 cm by 5.7 cm and extensive retroperitoneal adenopathy on CT scan. With this report I would refer the patient to Surgical Gastroenterologist or Surgical Oncologist.
Needs to find the cause first so that a specific management can be done.
