Use a moisturizer regularly

hi.
Perhaps it is just severe dryness or Xerosis of skin that is causing it to itch. I suggest you to use an intensive moisturizer regularly. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for a few days.

I have taken all that but it keep getting worse

you may add another oral antihistamine to cetirizine e.g hydroxyzine, 2-3 times a day. If it still doesn't get better in a few days kindly visit a doctor in your vicinity for a thorough assessment. Continue with the moisturizer. Take care
