no illness or surgery undergone
it's been 4 months of hair fall

had hair fall before also n dull hair too so had taken richfeel services but didn't find helpful

I suggest you to use minoxidil 5% solution (Mintop Eva), 1ml, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral biotin supplement e.g Tab Revilus or Tab Proanagen once a day for at least 4-6 months.
I suggest you to take a few basic blood tests like complete blood count(CBC), serum Ferritin levels, Thyroid profile, Vitamin D 3 levels and Vitamin B 12 levels. For dull hair I suggest you to use Ammonium Lactate lotion (Lacsoft lotion) on wet hair. Also use a mild shampoo like Sebamed anti hair fall shampoo, twice or thrice a week.

Hi.thank you
I suggest you to follow the remedy in my last reply for 3 -6 months. I also suggest you to take tab. finasteride 5mg (Finast tab) once a day in addition. You can take a vit D 3 supplement e.g Calcirol 60K XXXXXXX once a week with milk for 12 weeks.
