I have seen the attached reports. The report is suggestive of cancer cervix that shows a spread to uterus, nearby structures and lymph nodes- para-aortic. There is evidence of distant metastasis also on some vertebrae- back bone. She needs to consult a radiotherapist and surgeon for proper staging and treatment.
