Possibly you have used many types of topical antifungal creams or ointments or lozenges unsuccessfully.
A good alternative is to use fluconazole orally to eradicate candida albicans.
The dosage and the lasting of therapy depends on severity of infection and location.
You also can combine oral fluconazole with topical nystatin or clotrmazole or amphotercine B etc.
