Brief Answer:
Difficult to suggest OTC medicine due to your heart problems.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Ask A Doctor service and thank you for the query.

You can try benadryl syrup and see if it reduces the nasal discharge.

Other nasal decongestants are risky to advise even though they are available over the counter as you have undergone CABG recently.

You may also try Xylometazolin (Nasivion nasal spray) two to 3 times in a day and stop it after 3 days of use.

Kindly talk to your treating physician and proceed accordingly.

I hope this information will be of use.

Best regards
