Brief Answer:
This risk of getting HIV in your exposure is Nil.
Detailed Answer:
Dear ,
Kissing, playing with genitals, licking or sucking the nipples, breast massage all these are no risk activities for transmission of HIV and you were not involved in any kind of penetrative sex either anal or vaginal so you need not to worry at all because you are absolutely safe and risk free. Calm down, forget the episode and live your life normally. If still any query is there feel free to ask me again.
Thank You

Brief Answer:
I have never seen any case with such transmission.
Detailed Answer:
Dear ,
If the secretions entered through mouth then also the risk is very unlikely as the status of your partner is unknown and I have never seen any such case in my professional life so don't get anxious or worried. You can resume the sexual life with your wife because you are not at risk of getting HIV.
Thank You

Dear Jazz1181,
The way of exposure you are talking about is extremely rare and I have never came across such a case in my tenure so I don't think there is nothing to be worried about in your case as you are absolutely safe and risk free. Be relaxed, forget every thing and move on in life happily.
