Question : sir my question is about skin rashes i am facing because of frequent sweating in coastal area . Earlier i was living in good climate area about 400 km away from sea. now i am living just about 10km away from sea in coastal area.
i am suffering from frequent sweating ; here temperature is very high more than 35degree celsius. just a walk for about 10 minutes or some doing house hold work causes me sweating and i have change my inner garments frequently and i am suffering from red rashes with itching also. i tried prickly heat powders and also CANDID ANTISPERIENT POWDER. I am taking cold water bath now because of this. I feel till rain comes this problem will not be resolved. kindly guide me how to manage with this health problem. i am having red rashes with irritation/itching on my chest, back and on also hands. This i had not suffered earlier in my life time even during summer season while i was away from sea /coastal area . Now it is inevitable to live here for some more time. kindly guide me about the treatment for this problem.

I hereby upload pictures of affected areas - hand, wrist and also back portion . Here temparature is almost 35degree celsius. Since morning 7pm to evening/night; intolerable heat and sunshine. I have to change my vest almost thrice daily because of continuous sweating on back, chest and arms.

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and irritation for 2 weeks.
This should resolve your problem.
