Seems like mucocele

Apologies for the late reply.

Based on the symptoms and the picture, it seems like a mucocele. This is a benign and not serious condition. Mucocele is due to a blocked gland, a harmless condition. If it doesn't resolve, you can get it ruptured and drained preferably by a doctor.

You need not be worried about it.
