Small white spots could be just milia or some fungal infection
Milia can be ignored as it doesnot cause any problem. You can just wash the face with a mild scrub like chickpea floor
Fungal infection can also occur as small spots. This also doesnot require much medical attention. You may want to drink cleaner water and get you blood tested for diabetes, etc
Calcium or iron deficiency can also manifest as white discoloration
