Brief Answer:
Alcohol should be cleared from your system by now
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor. So by my count, you had at most 9 drinks starting 4pm, and so it has been over 12 hours since you started drinking. In general, it takes about 1 hour for your body to metabolize 1 alcohol drink, and so by this time I would expect it to at least be mostly cleared from your system. It should be fine to take your regularly prescribed dose of xanax and I wouldn't expect any problems.
I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any questions about any of that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
