Question : so i%E2%80%99ve had a rash for over a month now and my mom refuses to take me to a dermatologist, the rash is in beteen my thighs and on the back of my legs behind the knee, sometimes it looks like its getting better but then new bumps will appear, can you tell me what it is so i can try and treat it?

It seems to be either a fungal infection or pityriasis rosea which is a rash associated with a viral infection.
I need to ask you few questions:
Is this rash associated with itching or burning ?
Do you have history of fever, sore throat, cough, loose stools prior to the eruption of this rash?
Do you have any ailments or taking any medicines?

it appeared after going to my grandpas house, he has both bed bugs and fleas so at first i thought it was due to an allergic reaction causing minor hives. it doesnt itch unless i touch it and i havent had a cough or fever or anything like that recently. what would be the cure for these things?

Topical steroid, moisturizing lotion

Detailed Answer:
I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream diluted in moisturizing lotion on the affected areas in the ratio of 1:3 twice daily for 2 weeks.
Steroidal preparations are prescription and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
This show improve it.
