To be able to help you better, I would like to know some more details about the issue you are facing.

1. From how many days are you experiencing this pain the chest?
2. How often do you get this pain?
3. Can you describe the location of the pain?
4. Have you noticed any specific pattern to this occurrence of the pain?
5. DO you suffer from high blood pressure (Hypertension) or high blood sugars (Diabetes)?
6. What makes the pain worse and what makes it better?
7. How old are you and what is your gender and occupation?

Please do go ahead and get an ECG done as early as possible and I would also suggest you to do Troponin I and Troponin T levels with CkMB levels done along with an Echocardiogram.
