Someone Had Opened Up The Walk In Freezer Which Makes

Question: someone had opened up the walk in freezer which makes a click and a whoosh sound and i was startled to the point of having an intense fear shoot up my body almost as if I were going to faint afterwards I started trembling for a little bit. I've had a panic attack before but never one that was caused by an ordinary sound before. I currently am taking gabapentin for it.
