I read your query and here is my advice.

I can't say for sure if the pain comes from ovaries or bowel. I want to know if you are having other symptoms like constipation, diarrhea, difficulty emptying your bowel.

Is it more evidently before or after eating?
Have you recently done an abdominal ultrasound?
Have you recently done a stool test?

I had an abdominal ultrasound maybe seven months ago and he stated that I had cysts on my ovaries. It%E2%80%99s mostly when I lay down so maybe before and after I eat. I haven%E2%80%99t done my stool test recently. But I don%E2%80%99t suffer from constipation or diarrhea.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I think you may need to do a stool test because it can be parasite causing it.
You may have a cyst in your ovaries but the cysts cause the pain mainly before period. It can't be related to laying down but mostly with starting of the period.
Parasites related pain usually happens after eating and when you are in bed.
