I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and the tonsils are red, very swollen with white pus on them, tonsillitis.
Also the rash on back may be related to that.
Antibiotics are necessary for 7 days.
Use gargling with backing soda will help the pus come out.
Also throat disinfectant spry is needed.
