Brief Answer:
Possibility of pleuritic pain is more likely.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
Chest pain on breathing is commonly seen with pleurisy (inflammation of pleura).
Common causes for pleurisy are lung infection, pleural effusion etc.
So get done chest x ray.
If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry for lung diseases.
Another possibility is simple musculoskeletal pain.
So apply warm water pad on affected areas. Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Avoid movements causing pain.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these but first get done chest x ray.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
