Have seen your details.
Most likely the you are having acute gastroenteritis.
Acute gastroenteritis causes inflammation in intestines therefore every moment of intestine would cause pain or spasm.As intestines are inflamed large amount of mucous is secreted and absorption of water and electrolyte is hampered.
Most of the times its a self limiting condition caused by virus though if fluid resuscitation is not proper it could even lead to condition like shock
So what i would suggest you is to get Electral/ORS solution from local store/pharmacy for headache .
Tab Zofran 4 mg thrice for nausea.
Any probiotic can be taken twice daily.
Till now its was all over the counter.
Can take any antispasmodic for pain in stomach like dicyclomine.
