I have gone through your query.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid antifungal combination cream like clotrimazole and beclomethasone cream ( candid B cream) on the affected area twice daily and take vitamin B complex tablet like tablet supradyn once daily for 10 days.
This will resolve your problem.
