I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

An itchy painful head may be due to many reasons ,most common being seborrheic dermatitis.

Such patients are usually advised to refrain from using any new hair care products and to use some commercially available antifungal shampoo which helps to remove the flakes.

You can take over the counter analgesics like Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen for pain relief.
Antihistamines like Levocetrizine 5mg at night time would help to reduce the itching.

Hi Dr Ajeet,

I am getting regular pain on left side of head (Above the ear) , lasting for 2-3 hours. then normalize. mostly it is happening in evening and night time. there are no external mark or any kind of flake on the head body.
