How long have you been having cough? May I know the quantity of phlegm, color and if there is a foul smell to it.
Do you have sore throat, fever or breathing difficulty?
Do you have nasal congestion, headache, body pain?
Do you have history of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problem, bronchial asthma or any other past medical illness?
Do you smoke?
May I know your age?
Have you travelled out of the country recently or had exposure to anyone who have travelled abroad in the last 14 days?
