Brief Answer:
Need some further details regarding...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...

Well, although this could be due to any bacterial/viral upper respiratory tract infection, at this outset, it'd be fair to recommend that you should get clinically checked up by an Internal Medicine specialist in particular...

In case there's any history of travel in the past 14 days or any recent exposure to any suspected Coronavirus patient, you'll be needing complete self-isolation for at least 14days...

Till that time of reporting to any nearby healthcare clinic/Physician for a detailed check-up and investigations, you should follow these:

You can do luke-warm water gargling twice daily and take steam inhalation twice daily at an alternate fashion for some symptomatic relief...

-Use tissue paper for coughing and strictly discard them to the trash immediately, maintain strict hand hygiene by washing the hands with soap and water before and after touching any objects...

-Check the body temperature for any fever, if there's any fever, you can take Tab. PARACETAMOL 650mg after some food for the time being (can be taken up to three times a day)

Avoid eating anything spicy and too sour foods for the time being...stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water...

Avoid all unnecessary travel and wear a facemask if at all going out due to any reasons...

Take Care
Kind Regards
