Question: I HAVE JUST RETURNE FROM HOLS IN SPAIN.i HAVE VERY WATERY DIORREA FOR 5 DAYS.TAKING PLENTY OF LIQUIDS.#

If you are back from holidays out of your country you need antibiotic regimen for 5 days. Generally there are parasites, viruses and bacteria which can affect the gut to cause diarrhoea. Hence it is better to take prescription from a local doctor which can kill all of the above.
The antibiotic regimen depends on country to country. So I suggest a consult than at home remedies.
