Question : swelling and pain in the arm pit and down the arm to the inside of elbow where there is more swelling.

I suggest to do Some advices that I can give to you are examinations to confirm the diagnosis.

I recommend an x-ray of the arm, a complete blood count and a rheumatoid factor level.

Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication to treat the pain and the swelling.

I suggest Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
