muscle weakness
fatigue
facial abd body rashes/ constant itching
headaches
cold fingers and toes
chills
mood swings
sore throat

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think your symptoms are related to a rheumatologic condition possible vasculitis or lupus.
You should do further investigations to evaluate the situation and make a diagnosis.
Do a total blood count with formula, ERS, blood chemistry and possibly the ANA antibodies.
Lupus is the most probable diagnosis.
Meanwhile take antinflamatory drugs such advil or acetaminophen for pain and antihistamines such benadryl or citerizine for itching.
