Question : thank you if i was bitten by something on my elbow and it is so swollen and inflamed, i have tried to use heat, sterilized needle to release whatever is inside and squeezed but only get blood what can i do as it is so inflamed and hurts

I read your query and here is my advice.

It is not advisable to use hear on a bite side.
You can use ice compresses on it.
Use a cloth damped in cold water.
Wash it well with soap and water.
You can apply hydrocortisone cream on it and also can use antihistamines such benadryl found over the counter.
You may use ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation.
