Question : the lump above my belly button just started this morning its super painful to do anything. lifting, walking, and laying down.

Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query with attached images ( obvious bulge seen aside the umbilicus ) and here is my advise.

* As per my surgical experience, sudden onset of belly button lump with
high intensity discomfort can be related to various clinical problems as
umbilical hernia protrusion (most likely), twisting of intestine coils or
others.

As the pain and discomfort is much severe, I would recommend an ER visit for pain killer injection as Diclofenac or else to relieve you within fraction of minutes and you will be evaluated with an Ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis for final diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
