Question : the nerve, muscle spasms' unable to sleep pain and burning so great at night what can I do I take no medes for this ice cold feeling pain has progressed to both arms legs ,feet and hands with burning and sometimes neck spin curving to right mobility very hard is there meds that will help or PT

I read your query and here is my advice.

Osteoarthritis of the spine that you may be suffering from may cause pinched spinal nerves leading to spasms and pain.
Current medications you are taking are very good for the condition neurontin, advil and Tramadol.
The only thing you can try are tricyclic antidepressants such amitryptiline.
