Question : the only thing I changed was my laundry soap. However, I'm concern these bumps are something more. They itch. I had chicken pox when I was 17, is this another round? I'm currently in Medillen Colombia, but I live in the USA.

Either papular urticaria or lichenoid dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs though they are not very clear.
It seems to be either papular urticaria which is an insect bite hypersensitivity reaction or lichenoid dermatitis.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily at bedtime for 10 -12 days.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
These rashes are not looking like chicken pox.
