Question : there's a small cut on my foreskin. and a black pimple near it as well should i be concerned?

Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
The cut seems to be a fungal infection.
I would recommend you to apply topical anti fungal like clotrimazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-10 days.
This will resolve it.
The black dot seems to be angiokeratoma which is a benign vascular lesion common in the genital area.
They are harmless and can be left as such.
