Brief Answer:
Explained below,

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask A Doctor"

I have gone through your details,

Her hormone levels of ESTROGEN and PROGESTERONE seems to fall in the normal range, though the level of progesterone can vary depending of the time of test done during the menstrual cycle.

Irregular periods is quite common and can arise due to multiple causes:
- Anemia
- POCS - a condition that arise in the ovaries. This has to be investigated after consulting with an OBGYN.
- Excessive stress- Undue stress or tension can lead to irregular periods.
- Thyroid dysfunction

If I were your treating physician, I would suggest her to get some basic investigations done and if needed, may have to consult with an OBGYN for proper examination.

I would suggest her to do:
- Complete hemogram
- Thyroid profile
- Blood sugar levels
- Cortisol and PTH levels

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further,

Regards
