thursday i took a pee, afterwards my penis started to burn/itch. didnt think anything of it, just thought i didnt shake well, friday, it was so incredibly itchy, (i am uncut) like a burning sensation. ive had a itchy penis before so i didnt think anything of it. today though, was at work, went to the bathroom, and my uretha was discharging a whitish liquid which didnt smell like how it normally smells, also i took a pee after and it hurt.

                                    Brief Answer:
Did you have unprotected sexual intercourse recently? Infection, treatment is required urgently
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
Based on your description, I strongly suspect Balanoposthitis, which is the infection of penis and glans.
Needs to be examined in person and you will also require some basic investigations such as Urine culture and sensitivity and VDRL to rule out sexually transmitted diseases.
Clean the prepuce with povidone iodine solution 3 times a day.
And please do consult a urologist and get yourself a prescription for antibiotics and antifungals.
The antibiotics can be changed to the most suitable one based on the culture report later.
I hope this answers your query for now.
If you can not see a urologist right away, I suggest you to go to the ER and get treated.
Wishing you speedy recovery.
Best regards

thanks for the response doc, yes i had sex but we used protection, the condom ended up breaking but i instantly pulled out when if did so hopefully, no harm no foul. do you think it could be from a soap or anything? when i clean i just use a basic soap, but now since im looking up things i dont think using soap is a good option. the tip of my foreskin feels like pin and needles when it rubs against my underwear, very uncomfortable. i will head to the clinic today!
