                                    Brief Answer:
Different causes for brown discharge.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
A brown discharge is created from very small blood spots that are turned Brown by staying in vagina. Every bloody discharge in menopause is not normal and should get investigated.
It may be from vaginal atrophy, infection, colum uteri diseases or uterine bleeding.
You should do a colonoscopy and an ultrasound to get evaluated and find the source where this blood comes from.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
