Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back on Ask a Doctor service!

I reviewed carefully your blood lab tests and would explain as follows:

- Your Total cholesterol/ HDL ratio is normal, but your triglycerides levels are very high. For this reason I would recommend some diet modifications ( low fat, low sugar, high fibers). Starting fenofibrate therapy would help reduce triglycerides levels. You should discuss with your doctor on this treatment option.

2- Your fasting glucose is high. For this reason it is important performing HBA1c levels for diabetes.

- Your renal function is slightly impaired ( high creatinine, low GRF), but not really concerning. I would recommend taking plenty of fluids and reduce protein intake in your diet.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri
