Eat less carbohydrates and processed foods .
Eat more proteins rich foods such eggs, fish ,chicken breast, turkey, etc.
Eat more green leaves vegetables, vegetables, legumes, oat
Also drink more than 8 glasses of water.
Physical activity is very important at least 1 hour per day.
