Brief Answer:
Fundus examination
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, hello again. I would recommend that you get a fundus examination by an ophthalmologist to asses your vitreous gel and retina. As continuous and vigorous nose blowing can lead to increased intraoccular pressure which can be manifested by flashes of light and blurred vision. I hope you find this helpful

Brief Answer:
Yes probably
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, hello again.. Since this symptom was not sustained nor repeated then it is probably due to transient increase in pressure that was not damaging so there is no need to worry. I hope you find this helpful
