                                    Brief Answer:
Hello dear. A fundoscopy examination is warranted
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through your query. So sudden appearance of flashes may be related to some retina pathology or sometimes related to age-related changes.
A fundoscopic examination of the eye will diagnose the condition with certainty. It should be done at the earliest to prevent any long term complications.
Thanks and regards
