Question : two years to I had radiation treatments on my neck (17) for cancer of my of my voice box would or could that affect my thyroid ?

Hi

Radiation will not affect thyroid

But you must do ultrasonogram (USG) of the thyroid gland and a blood test for thyroid profile to rule out any thyroid problem.
