I would like to know if deep breathing or body movements trigger your chest pain. This would indicate possible musculo-skeletal pain.

In such case painkillers (acetaminophen or ibuprofen) would help improve your situation.

If the pain is related to eating and triggered by eating, it could be indicative of gastro-esophageal reflux.

I such case a fibrogastroscopy may be needed.
