The following may be done to relieve constipation -
1. Take Movicol 2 sachets in 200 ml of water at night. This will facilitate good bowel movement
Then from the next day -
2. Cremadiet Duo 2 scoops in 250 ml of water at night
3. High fiber diet - vegetables, prune juice
4. 30 minutes of exercise/walking everyday
5. Keep blood sugar under control. Keep HbA1C below 7
