Progress it depends, sometimes it stays all days when I sleep it goes away.
It comes and goes. And when it pops I get a bad headache. No high blood pressure or other issue

* As there is associated headache, it should not be considered normal in usual cases.
The underlying mechanics relate with the alteration in the particular blood vessel
pressure from variety of reasons.
Certain cases of migraine and aura do present in the same fashion.
Ideal approach would be consultation with neuro physician for complete evaluation and further care.

- to keep calm and avoid stress
- deep breathing exercises and YOGA
- avoid smoking if involved
