Question : went to beach today and had 4 beers between 1-3pm. I dont drink much. Once a week XXXXXXX I take 2mgs xanax for sleep every night for 5 years. I get VERY anxious if I skip. Can I take tonight at midnight?

it is now 11:13. I am totally sober but im beginning to feel anxiety. every time I drink more thsn 2 drinks this happens. I need to learn from that. can I take the xanax at midnight. 9 hours after last drink.
