Brief Answer:
Either multivitamin would be fine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have looked at both of the multivitamins you sent, and would say they both would have about the same effectiveness in a normal patient. That is to say, multivitamins do not really help with anything in normal patients, only specific vitamins for specific reasons, such as calcium and vitamin D for postmenopausal women (to prevent osteoporosis), or folic acid in pregnancy women (to prevent spinal problems in the baby). Taking multivitamins just for "general health" has not been shown to be beneficial, and I think is not worth the cost. However, if you wanted to take a multivitamin, either one of these would be fine.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
Thanks.
