Question : Hi, I have PTSD and I’m bipolar. I have been taking These drugs for five years. Alprazolm 3mg twice a day. I would like to take something stronger 3 times a day and Clonazepam 2 mg 1 time a day but would like something stronger twice a day any suggestions on what I can take ? I also take Levothyroxin 100mcg ,Gabapentin 800mg 3xday, Latuda 80mg , Litium 300mg 3xday, Amphetamine/Dextr 20mg 2xday, Guanfacine 1mg 2xday and Zolpidem 10mg
Brief Answer:
Substitute suggestion of Alprazolam.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
An alternative of Alprazolam which is slightly more effective is Ativan.
You can start the dosage of 0.5 mg three times a day and increase the dosage depending on your need.
It is a prescription medication, so you should consult your doctor before taking it.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind regards!
