Lichen planus, topical steroid & antihistaminic

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be lichen planus.
It is an immune mediated disorder characterized by itchy violaceous to hyperpigmented papules and plaques.
I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching for 2-3 weeks.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
